1. General Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the specified time frame for the respective service.

2. Membership Subscriptions

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content. After this period or exceeding the content access limit, no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you may request a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't accessed more than 10% of the course content. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription, minus a 10% processing fee.

3. Course Purchases

For individual course purchases, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven't completed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded any course materials.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Downloadable study materials or e-books
  • Live coaching sessions that have already been conducted
  • Mock test packages that have been attempted
  • Any service marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase

6. Processing Time

7. Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as technical issues preventing access to our services or duplicate charges, we may issue refunds at our discretion even if the standard refund period has expired.
