Cancellation Policy

At AimWeb, we understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please read this policy carefully before making any cancellations.

1. Membership Cancellations

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you may request cancellation at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund as per our Refund Policy. After 30 days, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term.

2. Course Cancellations

For individual course purchases, you may request cancellation within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content. After this period, course purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription or course enrollment:

  1. Log in to your AimWeb account
  2. Go to "Account Settings" or "Subscription"
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Enrollment"
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation

4. Cancellation by AimWeb

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account and access to our services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in any fraudulent or abusive activities. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

5. Service Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that we discontinue a service or course, we will notify affected users and provide options for alternative courses or a prorated refund for the unused portion of the service.
